Making an Appointment

All services are provided by a board-certified periodontist. Patients are welcome to call to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, please notify the office 24 hours in advance so that we can use the time to assist another patient.

Emergencies

Please feel free to call Dr. Hunt if you have concerns following a procedure or have a dental emergency. He can be reached at the office during office hours or through his 24-hour service after hours. Emergency cases will be seen at the earliest convenience.

Patient Financing and Insurance Coverage

You will be given a written treatment estimate prior to the start of treatment.  Our office accepts dental insurance coverage from most private insurance carriers.  Co-pays and deductibles are paid at the time of service.  For patients without dental insurance coverage, full payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, & Discover.  We also offer Care Credit, a convenient patient payment plan.
