About Your Periodontist, Brad Hunt, DDS

I grew up in South Dakota.  I earned my dental degree from the University of Minnesota and completed specialized training in Periodontology at the Naval Dental School in Bethesda, MD.  I served in the U.S. Navy for over 20 years before establishing my periodontal practice in San Diego.  I have lectured extensively in this country and abroad.  I have also taught periodontics courses for residents at USC and hygienists at Loma Linda Univ.  My main concern is for the betterment of periodontal care and implantology.  I belong to professional organizations and actively participate in continuing education to keep abreast of the latest techniques.  I have been a Periodontist for 15 years and Board Certified for over a decade.
